The names and e-mail addresses entered in this journal will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in this journal and will not be provided to third parties or for use for other purposes.

In order for Revista Acción Motriz to publish and disseminate research articles, we require the assignment of publication rights. This is determined by a publication agreement between the author and the journal. This agreement refers to the transfer or license of copyright to the journal, although authors retain significant rights to use and share their own published articles. Acción Motriz supports the need for authors to share, disseminate and maximize the impact of their research and these rights are defined below:

Open Access Articles

Authors sign an exclusive licensing agreement, where authors have copyright but the exclusive licensing rights to their article belong to the Revista Acción Motriz.

All rights granted to Acción Motriz Journal

With respect to articles published in this journal, Acción Motriz has the following rights:

- The exclusive right to publish and distribute an article, and to grant rights to others.
- Acción Motriz will apply the user license, in which the magazine publishes the article on its online platform.
- The right to provide the article in all its formats and media so that the article can be used.
- The authority to enforce the rights, for example, in the case of plagiarism or copyright infringement.

Copyright Protection

They are intended to protect the way in which the article has been written. Motive Action is committed to its authors to protect and defend their work and reputation, and takes allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethical disputes and fraud very seriously.
If an author becomes aware of possible plagiarism, fraud or infringement, we encourage him or her to contact Editor-in-Chief José Hernández Moreno at jose.hernandezmoreno@ulpgc.es, who may contact the journal's legal counsel. Please note that certain open access user licenses may allow fairly broad reuse.
